BWI Haul Solutions is a licensed B2B auto transport carrier (FMCSA USDOT: 3779250 | MC: 1352257). Our services are offered exclusively to commercial entities including dealerships, automotive OEMs, auction houses, fleet operators, and licensed transport brokers. We do not transport vehicles for private consumers.
All transport services are subject to a separate written transport agreement or rate confirmation between BWI Haul Solutions and the contracting party, which governs the specific terms of each engagement.
Quotes provided through our contact form or by phone are estimates based on the information provided and are not binding commitments. Final pricing is confirmed in writing through a rate confirmation or transport contract. Rates are subject to change based on fuel costs, routing, load type, and operational conditions. Quoted pricing is valid for the period specified at time of quote.
The following conditions apply to all transport services performed by BWI Haul Solutions:
BWI Haul Solutions carries comprehensive cargo insurance on all vehicle loads in compliance with FMCSA requirements. Liability for damage is limited to the actual cash value of the vehicle at time of loss, as documented by the pre-transport condition report and BOL, and only for damage directly caused by BWI Haul Solutions during transport.

Certificate of Insurance (COI) and carrier authority documentation are available to contract partners upon request.
Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith based on route, distance, and current operational conditions. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. BWI Haul Solutions is not liable for losses arising from delays caused by traffic, weather, regulatory inspections, or other circumstances outside our control.
Cancellations and modifications to transport orders must be submitted in writing to dispatch@bwihaulsolutions.com. Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched or a vehicle has been loaded may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your transport agreement. Changes to pickup/delivery addresses or dates may affect pricing and availability.
Payment terms are established in the rate confirmation or transport contract for each engagement. BWI Haul Solutions reserves the right to require payment in advance for new or unestablished accounts. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the transport agreement. BWI Haul Solutions reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment obligations are satisfied.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Interstate motor carrier transportation services are also subject to applicable federal law, including 49 U.S.C. Subtitle IV and FMCSA regulations.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of this website or our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
